FEEL GOOD Mindfulness walk

How would you feel about disconnecting from the wheel of thoughts and connecting with nature through our senses? Moreover, in a magical place like the Collserola Natural Park.

We invite you to a very different and special networking experience with our member, Nicole van Gastel.

She introduces herself:

I am passionate about the power of the mind and the transformative impact I witness every day in my work as a hypnotherapist and FEEL GOOD Mindfulness facilitator. Each month, I organize activities to practice full awareness—nature walks, mindful cooking and eating, and group meditation. On this occasion, I would like to extend a special invitation to the members of the Xarxa de Dones Emprenedores de Sant Cugat, as well as our international members and non-members, to join us for a FEEL GOOD Mindfulness Walk. It will be a unique opportunity to connect with ourselves and the environment, cultivating well-being and happiness.
